Crescent City Football Club (CCFC) is pleased to announce intentions of fielding an elite men’s team to play in the great city of New Orleans in 2020. The club will embrace the city of New Orleans and all of its rich culture and history. CCFC will approach the 2020 season by building a strong competitive team comprised of local and regional talent. As we take on the colors and heartbeat of the city, we aim to represent New Orleans through the beautiful game.
Crescent City FC was formed in 2015 by a small group of coaches and players which participated in a small number of exhibition matches. The founders felt at the time that the overall landscape of United States soccer was not ready for a community based club. A new group of owners, investors and partners believe that the time is right to bring soccer to the city of New Orleans. A focus of exciting on-field competition paired with a lively game day experience for fans, we will quickly become New Orleans’ team.
